    - Lesbian Not Queer -

We are a grassroots lesbian radical feminist activist group aiming at creating an autonomous lesbian community and an uncompromising lesbian visibility that is not controlled by men’s desires and visions of who we are.*
We strongly argue that the only way to end anti-lesbianism is to get the L out of the “GBT community” and build women-centred alliances with all lesbians and feminists willing to end male domination and women’s oppression.

  • The Women’s Liberation Front (WOLF) works to RESTORE, PROTECT, and ADVANCE the rights of women and girls.

  • Fair Play For Women is a campaigning and consultancy group which raises awareness, provides evidence and analysis, and supports policy-makers to protect the rights of women and girls in the UK.

Their website has a lot of excellent resources. For example, short films and animations that further understanding of why women need single-sex spaces.

  • MISSION STATEMENT

We will empower the people of Ireland to discuss the unintended consequences of the Gender Recognition Act 2015. We need to have a grown-up conversation in this country about the impact on society. We will centre women and children in everything we do.
